This study analyzed the cell concentration of bone marrow concentrate utilized to treat 424 cases of knee osteoarthritis. All cases showed a reduction in pain and improved function regardless of concentration, while the higher dose group reported lower pain scale values compared to the lower dose group.

Clinicians analyzed patient data from 216 cases of hip osteoarthritis treated with bone marrow concentrate. The study found an average 50% subjective improvement in patients 55 and younger and 30% improvement across all cases with no significant complications.

BMAC Injections for Rotator Cuff Injuries - 10 Year Follow Up
This case-controlled study evaluated the effectiveness of bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) utilized as an adjunct therapy during rotator cuff arthroscopy. Outcomes were evaluated up to 10 years; 90 patients were enrolled, 45 received MSCs. Results showed a significant improvement in healing and tendon integrity for those receiving stem cell therapy.
