BMAC Injections for Rotator Cuff Injuries - 10 Year Follow Up

This case-controlled study evaluated the effectiveness of bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) utilized as an adjunct therapy during rotator cuff arthroscopy. Outcomes were evaluated up to 10 years; 90 patients were enrolled, 45 received MSCs. Results showed a significant improvement in healing and tendon integrity for those receiving stem cell therapy.
